Trademark registrations apply only within their respective territories and to the goods and services covered by the applicable registration, together with any additional rights arising under applicable law.
Deleteme Europe Ltd. is authorized to use the deleteme mark, associated brand assets and specified domain names under a written license from Criton Tornaritis. To the extent provided by that license and applicable law, goodwill generated by the licensed use accrues to the Trademark Owner.
Nothing on this website assigns or transfers any trademark or other intellectual-property right to a user or third party.
