Ownership of Intellectual Property and Domain Names
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the deleteme® trademarks, trade names, logos, copyrights, software, methodologies, reports, proprietary technologies, and the domain names deleteme.com, cyberdeleteme.com, and related domains are the exclusive property of Criton Tornaritis. Deleteme Europe Ltd. is authorized to use such intellectual property and domain names under a written license agreement. The domain names are licensed exclusively to Deleteme Europe Ltd. for the operation, promotion, and delivery of its services. All goodwill arising from the use of the deleteme® trademarks and related domain names by Deleteme Europe Ltd. shall inure exclusively to the benefit of Criton Tornaritis, as the intellectual property owner. The deleteme® trademark is protected under European Union trademark law, United States federal trademark law, and applicable international intellectual property treaties. Unauthorized use of the deleteme® mark, or any confusingly similar variation, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.


Reservation of Ownership
Nothing in these Terms or on this website shall be construed as transferring ownership of any trademark, copyright, domain name, software, trade secret, or other intellectual property to Deleteme Europe Ltd. or any third party. All ownership rights remain vested exclusively in Criton Tornaritis, except where expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

No license or right is granted by implication, estoppel, exhaustion, or otherwise to use any trademark, copyright, domain name, software, trade secret, database, report, design, or other intellectual property except as expressly authorized in writing by Criton Tornaritis.

No Content, reports, methodologies, software, source code, documentation, screenshots, or other proprietary materials may be used for training, testing, fine-tuning, benchmarking, or improving artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or large language models without prior written authorization from Criton Tornaritis.


Copyright Notice

All information, materials, software, source code, graphics, designs, text, reports, concepts, methodologies, and website content (collectively, the “Content”) are protected by international copyright law, including the Berne Convention, European copyright directives, and Title 17 of the United States Code.

The databases, compilations, and structured collections of information used by the Platform may additionally be protected by the sui generis database right under Directive 96/9/EC and other applicable laws.

Temporary downloading of website pages is permitted only for personal viewing on a standalone device. Permanent storage, redistribution, commercial use, or republication of any Content is strictly prohibited.


Proprietary Technology & Trade Secrets

The deleteme® platform includes proprietary cybersecurity technologies, algorithms, databases, scanning systems, and analytical methodologies that constitute protected trade secrets under:

  • EU Trade Secrets Directive (2016/943)

  • United States Defend Trade Secrets Act

  • International Commercial Law

Any attempt to copy, extract, replicate, reverse engineer, scrape, benchmark, or derive source code or technical processes is prohibited and may result in legal action.

The databases, compilations, and structured collections of information used by the Platform may additionally be protected by the sui generis database right under Directive 96/9/EC and other applicable laws.

Criton Tornaritis and Deleteme Europe Ltd. reserve the right to preserve server logs, screenshots, WHOIS records, DNS records, archived webpages, transaction logs, and other digital evidence for the investigation and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Reverse engineering includes decompilation, protocol analysis, behavioral analysis, benchmarking, feature replication, architectural analysis, or reconstruction of system functionality.

Non-public methodologies, workflows, algorithms, business processes, scoring models, source code, system architecture, and operational procedures constitute confidential information and trade secrets.

The Platform may employ automated monitoring systems to detect unauthorized access, scraping, trademark misuse, or intellectual property infringement.

Unauthorized access to APIs, endpoints, backend systems, authentication mechanisms, or integration interfaces is prohibited.

Any improvements, modifications, derivative works, or adaptations created in violation of these Terms shall not affect the ownership of the underlying intellectual property and shall not confer any ownership rights upon the infringing party.


Restrictions on Use

Users may not:

  • reproduce or commercialize Content

  • scrape or automate data extraction

  • create derivative works

  • impersonate deleteme® branding

  • use the platform to build competing services

  • copy reports, methodologies, or system logic

  • misuse trademarks or branding assets

Any unauthorized use constitutes intellectual property infringement and unfair competition.

Registration, acquisition, trafficking, use, or operation of domain names, usernames, social media accounts, or digital identifiers that are identical or confusingly similar to the deleteme® trademarks or related brands is prohibited and may constitute cybersquatting, trademark infringement, dilution, passing off, or unfair competition.

The unauthorized use of the deleteme® trademark or confusingly similar terms in search engine advertising, sponsored listings, metadata, hidden text, keywords, or search engine optimization intended to divert consumers is prohibited.

Unauthorized use may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages alone may be inadequate. Accordingly, Criton Tornaritis shall be entitled to seek immediate injunctive or equitable relief, in addition to any other remedies available under applicable law.


Enforcement Rights

Deleteme Europe Ltd actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights worldwide. Violations may result in:

  • civil damages

  • statutory penalties

  • injunctive relief

  • account termination

  • domain disputes

  • platform takedown actions

  • criminal referral where applicable

Failure to enforce rights in one instance does not waive future enforcement.

Any use likely to dilute, tarnish, blur, weaken, or diminish the distinctiveness of the deleteme® trademark is prohibited.


Jurisdiction & Legal Protection

This website and its Content are protected under European Union law, United States federal law, and applicable international intellectual property treaties.

Any disputes relating to intellectual property shall be governed by applicable EU and US intellectual property law, without prejudice to Deleteme Europe Ltd.’s right to pursue enforcement in any competent jurisdiction worldwide.


Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Any dispute arising from or related to the use of this website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

By using this website, users expressly consent to the jurisdiction and venue of Cyprus courts and waive any objection based on forum inconvenience to the extent permitted by law.


Severability

If any provision of this disclaimer is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
